This is a quick reminder that the new trash and recycling day is Thursday. Please be sure your cans are not at the curb before 6 PM Wednesday and they are put away Friday morning. City code is they are to be put away the same day. Trash cans are to be stored in the back yard, garage or you can build an “L” shaped fence screen. The pre-approved style in on the community website, www.OakHollowHOA.com. Violations for trash cans being left by the curb, in front of the house or on the side of the house will begin again 9/14.
Please be sure that flower beds and tree rings are maintained along with the yard. If you have dead trees, shrubs, or plants in your yard, please be sure to have it removed. If you would prefer grass in your tree ring instead of mulch, please pull the landscape ring so it is uniform.
Now that school is back in session and in person it is time to be sure that all basketball goals are put in the garage or back yard when not being actively used.
Fences and roofs may need repairs after the storms. Some fences are missing pickets, panels and some have holes. Some roofs are missing shingles and other visible damage. Please have these repaired. If you are having problems with getting repairs, please let me know. All fence and roof replacements do require an ACC request.
The HOA office will be closed September 17 and 21. It will reopen again on September 22 with the regular schedule of Monday – Thursday. Emails will be monitored.
