The City of Anna Utility Billing Department is responsible for customer services related to water, sewer, trash, and recycling. We can assist you with:setting up new service, disconnecting service, account changes, work orders, and billing.
Customers are billed on a monthly basis. The monthly services on the utility bill are fees related to council-approved rates for water, sewer, and trash services. The Utility Billing Department is always happy to explain in detail anything relating to your utility bill. Our team is ready to assist you with general inquiries relating to the City of Anna utility services. We can be reached Monday though Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 972-924-2432.
